For us, sustainability is not a statement of intent, but a concrete direction that guides the group’s daily choices. It is reflected in the technologies we develop, in the processes we adopt, and in the way we take care of people.
On the environmental front, our commitment translates into the growing transition toward water-based formulations and production processes oriented toward reducing impact. On the social front, it is expressed in constant attention to people, their safety, and their well-being.
For us, responsibility means answering today for the future consequences of our actions: toward the environment, toward those who work with us, and toward the communities in which we operate.

Environmental commitment
Our environmental commitment takes tangible form in specific technological choices: investment in water-based formulations, today equal to 84% of the new formulations developed, and the adoption of lower-impact processes.
Confirming this direction, Technogel has obtained ISCC PLUS certification for its bio-based resins and gelcoats, which attests to the traceability and sustainability of the raw materials used. Every innovation is also evaluated according to its impact, so that product quality and respect for the environment grow together.

People are our primary resource.
We are more than 300 people, and our work is guided by a code of ethics that defines values and behaviors. This translates into concrete investments: training, safety, well-being, and the development of talent. We believe in a company that generates value responsibly, where economic growth and human growth go hand in hand.
Product certifications
In addition to system certifications, our products meet numerous specific protocols: CATAS tests (EN 927-2, CSEW PLUS), VOC emission classifications (DMS 020:2015), reaction-to-fire certifications (according to the EN 13501 standard), and compliance with sustainable building protocols such as LEED and CAM. Overall, the group holds more than 24 types of certifications and thousands of certified products.
