Today Sirca S.p.a. is a leading Italian industrial group in the paints and technical coatings sector. We develop and manufacture coating systems for wood, metal, PVC, and glass, together with resins, gelcoats, pigment pastes, and special polymers.
Our identity is founded on three pillars.

Over 50 years of evolution in the paint industry
The history of Sirca S.p.a. begins in 1973, when Tarcisio and Luigi Durante founded the company with the aim of bringing to the world of wood coating a level of quality and reliability that was unprecedented for the time.
From that first intuition a path of steady growth emerges.
Decade after decade, Sirca Spa expands its range, develops increasingly specialized technical expertise, and adds new areas of application alongside wood finishing. The push into foreign markets gradually transforms an Italian company into a group with an international presence.
The integration of complementary brands and the creation of TLD Holding consolidate this evolution, giving rise to an industrial ecosystem capable of covering the entire value chain: from the production of basic raw materials to the finished solution delivered to the customer.
Today, more than fifty years after its founding, the same care for quality that inspired the founders continues to guide every choice the group makes.

Control over the entire supply chain
Controlling the entire production chain is what allows us to guarantee consistent quality and competitive response times. It is a strategic advantage that starts from a precise choice: vertical integration.
Producing base resins in-house – the heart of every formulation – means having full control over the raw material, its quality, and its availability. This translates into greater reliability, less dependence on external suppliers, and the ability to customize products right from the ground up.
This advantage is complemented by efficient manufacturing, a structured logistics system, and rigorous quality control, which together guarantee the customer a reliable and predictable service.
Production
More than 31,000 tons produced per year. Our production capacity combines industrial efficiency and flexibility. Thanks to vertical integration, which starts with the in-house production of base resins, we oversee every phase of the process. This allows us to guarantee high and consistent quality standards, while optimizing time and resources.
Quality control
Quality is not a final check, but a culture that runs through the entire production. Every year we perform over 37,000 acceptance tests and 500 durability tests, verifying product performance under real and simulated conditions. This is how we guarantee every customer the consistency and reliability they expect from our systems.
Logistics
131,000 m² in Sandono di Massanzago (PD), dedicated to the Sirca and Technogel brands, and 25,000 m² in San Giovanni al Natisone (UD), dedicated to the Polistuc and D’Aqua brands. An excellent product has value only if it is delivered at the right time. Our logistics organization guarantees continuity of supply and competitive lead times.
